Shipping Turnaround Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

3RD COAST BANDITS is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Address errors do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund.

However, depending on the situation, we may offer an exchange or store credit (gift card) upon inspection.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, and

  • In the same condition as when it was received

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Limited edition items

Proof of Purchase

A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method, or

  • A gift card may be issued for the purchase amount

Please allow several business days for processing.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing times can vary)

  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.

Limited Edition Items

All limited edition items are final sale and non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are:

  • Subject to availability

  • Available within 30 days of purchase

If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose to receive a non-expiring gift card (excluding shipping fees).

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
